New Challenges, Inc. provides innovative individualized services to people confronted with physical, developmental or emotional challenges. NCI believes that people can best overcome such challenges and reach their dreams when they are an active part of the community and have minimal restrictions.

NCI is a young company begun by owner and administrator Leeann Metzmaker in 1999. NCI has been built one service at a time because each home is built on a foundation of the needs and desires of the people who live there. We currently serve over one hundred people in just under 40 homes and 2 apartment buildings.

NCI’s services are directed and staffed by seasoned professionals with decades of experience in the field. We are committed to meet the needs of each person seeking our services as completely as possible in a manner that is respectful and professional.
